How we use the information you give us.
Who we are

What we collect
When you contact us we collect what you give us: your name, organisation, phone, email, postal address for samples, and any logo or artwork you send. To produce photo ID badges we also hold the staff or pupil details and photos you supply (for example name, job title, ID number, expiry date and DBS number).
How we use it
To reply to you, send samples, produce and deliver your order, and reprint cards when you ask us to. Badge details and photos are kept in a secure database only so we can print and reprint your cards, and are only used for that. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only where needed: couriers and Royal Mail for deliveries, our accountants, and the companies that provide our email and IT services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Badge databases are kept while you're a customer so we can reprint cards, and deleted on request. Accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
